Our brief was to write a business plan that included interviewing and preparing a shortlist of possible distribution agents to market and distribute our clients products throughout the tourist resorts of the Maldives Islands. As in most cases the plan included a full economic and market appraisal of the proposed opportunity together with the compilation of a market entry strategy and full financial evaluation of the project.
